Submissions are due October 27th at 1:00 PM UTC (9:00 AM ET).
🚨 Don't leave your Youtube video upload to the last minute. Video files are large and internet connections are unpredictable. YouTube can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to process an upload, and that's before you paste the link into your submission. Upload your demo video today, even if you plan to keep polishing the rest of your project up until the deadline.
The same goes for your GitLab project. Double-check that it's public, your MIT License shows in the About section, and your CI/CD pipeline history is visible. Fixing permissions at the last minute is stressful!
You can update your submission form as many times as you need until the clock hits zero. But the moment the deadline passes, everything locks.

📋 Quick checklist before you sit back:
- GitLab Duo Agent Platform features used, and GitLab named in Built With
- Path, autonomy level and lifecycle stages selected
- Public GitLab project with MIT License visible and CI/CD pipeline history showing
- Demo video under three minutes on YouTube (Public or Unlisted), showing your automation running
- Path B only: deployed project URL and original MIT-licensed project URL
- All teammates invited and accepted
⚠️ Important: Once the deadline passes, your submission is locked. Please do not edit your code repo, replace your video or update any project materials until after the winner announcement. Even a small commit could raise a question about your submission. Want to keep building? Fork your repo or copy it to a new repo, and work there.
